The middle of the inner wall is lined with rib pattern for stimulation. The outer flexible body is is hard enough to be held and flexible enough allowing you to tilt the cup to your liking. At the end of the inner sleeve and outer shell has an air valve which regulate a balance of pressure for the cup.

• Remove the wrapping.
• Twist the cup out.
• Remove the clear plastic lotion holder and lotion packet.
• Place Lotion around and inside the opening.
