Making Payment via Maybank2u

Step 1) Go to Maybank2u official website


A) Visit http://www.maybank2u.com.my/.

B) Click on the "Login" button.




Step 2) Login with your Maybank2u's credential


A) Enter your username and password respectively in the "Username" and "Password" text box.

B) Once you did that, click on the "Login" button to proceed.




Step 3) Making a "Transfer"


A) Once you're logged in to your account, select "Transfers" from the "Quick Link" drop down list located near the top right corner of the page.

B) Click on the "Go" button to proceed to the next step.




Step 4) Initialing a 3rd party account transfer



Click on the "New 3rd party account transfer" to initial the transfer process.




Step 5) Entering your order details and our bank details (Step 1 of 3)
A) Enter the total amount of your order in the "Amount" text box.

B) Set the "Effective date" to "Today".

C) Enter your order number in the "Description of transaction" text box. This is to facilitate the tracking process on our end. Your order number is a unique 8 digits codes that our system assigned to every order placed by our customer, e.g. 88880238.

D) Please key in our Maybank's account number 5122 4060 4013 in the "To 3rd Party Account Number" text box. For your reference, our account holder name is "Greenomic Commerce Sdn Bhd".

E) As for the "Recipient email", please key in "billing@gundam.my". Upon successful transfer, we will receive a notification email from Maybank on this particular transfer and we will update the status of your order accordingly.

F) Click on the "Continue" button to proceed to the next step.




Step 6) Reviewing your transfer details (Step 2 of 3)


A) Please review all the information that you have just entered in the previous step are correct. The "Account Holder Name" has to be "Greenomic Commerce Sdn Bhd".

If you accidentally entered something incorrect, please click on the "Go back" link located near the bottom right corner of your page. Please DO NOT use the Back button of your browser, Maybank will treat this action as an invalid action and cancel the entire process. If you need to make some correction, please use the "Go back" link located near the bottom right corner of your page instead.

B) If all the information entered are correct, please click on the "Request a TAC number" located above the transfer details.

Note: Transaction Authorization Code (TAC) is a 6-digit code required as additional authentication for selected transactions in Maybank2u.com.

C) Once you received the 6 digits TAC in your mobile phone, kindly enter them in the "TAC" text box.

D) Click on the "Confirm" button to start the actual transfer process.




Step 7) Viewing the status of your transfer (Step 3 of 3)


A) If the transfer is successfully completed, you will receive a "Successful" status together with a unique reference number, transaction date and transaction time of this particular transfer, else please make sure all the details you entered are correct and your Maybank account have sufficient balance to perform the transfer.

B) We strongly suggest you to print out the receipt for your own record keeping purposes, this can be done by clicking the "Print receipt" button located near the bottom right corner of the page.




Step 8) Logging out from your Maybank2u account.


For security purposes, you are strongly recommend to log out from your Maybank2u account upon completion of the transfer. Please click on the "Log out" button located near on the top right corner of the page.
